Dear Family ~ We had a great Memorial Day and wished you were all here to go to the Veterans Cemetery with us. They put on the most amazing Memorial Day Event! There is a 21 gun salute, a cannon salute, 4 jets fly over, the Governor and Senators are speakers, American flags on every headstone. We also cleaned up Grandpa and Grandma Lakey's headstone. The grass was a little long but that's okay.
